Returns & Exchanges
At House of DuVäl, LLC we take great pride in the quality of our products and the manufacturers we work with. We hope that your new purchase meets or exceeds your expectations. However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you with our return process.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Returns requests must be made in writing (via email or physical mail) within 7 days of delivery for a partial refund of the merchandise value. You must request, fill out, and return a Returned Materials Authorization Form. Please review our entire Returns & Exchanges Policy prior to initiating a return.
Proof of Purchase
You must provide the original electronic receipt or gift receipt, original packing slip (with order number visible), order number, and/or gift certificate/registry number.
Product Condition
Your product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. If the item is returned to us with undocumented damage/missing parts and it is not in its original packaging, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Custom or Special-Order Items (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.)

Altered items (repainted, refinished, cut, etc.)

Gift Cards

Any swatches (Fabric or wallpaper)

Wallpaper or fabric that has been opened

Items that drop-shipped directly from the vendor

Lighting/Light fixtures or any wired products

Items not in original condition and/or damaged through normal wear and tear. Please note: products involving assembly that have been assembled or partially assembled are no longer considered in original condition.
RESTOCKING FEE
There is a 20% restocking fee associated with a returned item. This restocking fee may be waived for your first return. Restocking fees are assessed on returned items because of the time, labor, and company cost required to receive your package and return your item back to the warehouse.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (unless your item arrived to you damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect order).
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you have an International shipment, you are responsible for any return shipping fees, including customs, duties, and any other taxes assessed.
If you have a heavy, large, or fragile item that was delivered via freight or White Glove Service, please contact us at info@houseofduval.com to arrange return shipping. We recommend that all return shipments be insured.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Please inspect your purchase upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, please email info@houseofduval.com. You must request, fill out, and return a Returned Materials Authorization Form within 48hrs of product delivery.
Please refer to our vendor warranties for specific information on their individual policies
Photo proof must be included in your email to info@houseofduval.com, along with your original order number, receipt, and a description of the defect. Defective products are eligible for exchange or replacement.
REFUNDS
Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. You may also opt to receive your return refund in the form of store credit for the merchandise price, less the cost of outbound and return shipping. If you return your purchase for store credit, all restocking fees are waived and covered by House of DuVäl, LLC
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments if the order has been shipped. Please note, if the price of your item is adjusted to a Final Sale or Clearance price, prior to product shipment, your product will no longer be eligible for returns.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Backordered items can be canceled at any time prior to being shipped. If your order has shipped, it may not be canceled, but will then be considered a return. If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, we recommend you do so as soon as possible.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT

Fill out, complete, and submit the Returned Materials Authorization Form and attach all required documents. For large or heavy items, you must notify Customer Service in order to schedule your item’s return service.

Pack and securely seal the merchandise in its original packaging with all tags, inserts, and instructions. Be sure to include your original receipt and packing slip (with order number visible)
